Occasionally it has been reported that after accessing documents users have not been able to print them out. We have had success with the following workarounds:
1. Be sure the you are using the print icon at the top of the pdf file instead of trying to print from the file menu2. Try to save it to your computer and print it from there.
Pdf won't open? Make sure you have the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on the machine you are using. Also, take note of the size of the file. Some documents can be too large. Save the file to your personal computer/device and then try opening it.
If you know the name of the library database you need to access (e.g. Academic Search Premier, JSTOR, etc.) try going to the library's List of Databases to access the resource directly. Use the alphabet tabs to find the database by name. Or try typing in the article name in the library's Search Everything Search.
