Library Services Summer 2021

Summer hours

The maximum seating capacity in the library this summer is 35. (This number does not include walk-in traffic: printing, copying, scanning, borrowing materials, etc.)

• Main level: 17 seats (including 4 public computer workstations and a book scanner station)
• Upper level: 18 seats (including 5 public computer workstations and a text magnification station)

Seating is arranged to conform to distancing guidelines. Please do not move or rearrange furniture in the library. 

Some areas of the library will be unavailable for use:

• Group study rooms
• Lounge
• Lower level: Language & Literature Room (information on how to request a book from this room)
• Lower level: Children’s Room (available by appointment for collection browsing only)

Other

• The coffee machine and microwave are unavailable this fall
• Puzzles, games, and craft supplies are unavailable this fall
• Only one person at a time may use the elevator in the library
